Follow these easy steps to apply for FREE swimming lessons!

 

PLEASE NOTE:  We fund lessons on a first come first serve basis and to the extent that our own fundraising allows.  By registering, you are not guarenteed funding.

IF YOU'VE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR ONE SESSION THIS YEAR, YOU MAY NOT APPLY AGAIN! STAGES OF FREEDOM WILL ONLY HONOR APPLICATIONS ONCE PER CHILD PER YEAR. ANY SECOND APPLICATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DELETED.

 1. Contact your local YMCA branch you would like the child to have his or her free swimming       lessons at to find out when the swimming lessons begin. Here are a few local YMCA's we         have located for you:

2. Complete the application form below so Stages of Freedom may provide the funds when       you register at the YMCA

3. Once your form submission is received, a check payable to the YMCA branch your child will     be attending will be sent to  your address before registration.

4. When you receive the check, go to the YMCA branch you selected and register your child         for swimming lessons using the check provided by Stages of Freedom.
